The company manages 4 intermodal Terminals in Italy to support the distribution of goods between rail and road transport
Milan, 30 December 2025 – FHP Group, led by CEO Paolo Cornetto, has completed the integration process between its subsidiaries LOTRAS and CFI Intermodal, establishing FHP Intermodal, the company that will manage 4 intermodal terminals in Italy in the rail transport sector, in Incoronata (in the Puglia region), Piedimonte San Germano (in the Lazio region), Villa Selva and Fiorenzuola d’Arda (both in the Emilia-Romagna region).
The new company, wholly owned by FHP Group, will be led by Managing Director Angelo Accomando.
Active as of 1 January 2026, it has more than 500,000 m² of operating areas, and over 17 km of rail tracks providing direct access to the national rail network.
With more than 30,000 m² of covered warehouses and a large fleet of transport and handling vehicles, it is able to grant services and space for an efficient logistics of the goods entrusted to us by the Group’s customers.
FHP Intermodal offers a portfolio of integrated national and international logistics solutions ranging from turnkey intermodal transport (door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal) to conventional transport of liquid bulk foodstuffs, as well as management of the railcar fleet.
